Down the rabbit hole, straight into the madness of R’lyeh. When the Great Old One Cthulhu himself comes to devour Wonderland, even Alice and the White Rabbit aren’t ready for what happens when true, cosmic madness meets a world that was already a little bit insane. Friends are turned against one another in an epic war that will change the landscape of Wonderland forever.
Cthulhu Invades Wonderland is a 200+ page, full-color original graphic novel from Orange Cone Productions, helmed by indie impresario Travis Gibb and following in the footsteps of the celebrated Cthulhu Invades Oz. Over 70 superstar creators from Scout, Source Point, Mad Cave, and beyond came together to tell one big, interlocking story from beginning to end through the eyes of Wonderland’s residents—Patrick Buermeyer among the many artists lending his unsettling, expressive touch.
The book earned a Ringo Award nomination for Best Anthology (alongside a Best Letterer nod for Jérôme Gagnon), putting a scrappy Kickstarter indie in the same conversation as Image and IDW.
Perfect for fans of Alice in Wonderland by way of Lovecraft, Once & Future, and Alan Moore’s Providence. Order the hardcover or trade from Orange Cone Productions.
